Hey my name is Steve. Started brewing about a year and a half ago. Was brewing all grain within a few months. My equipment selection and skill has grown exponentially since then and I would really like to share the knowledge of all the things I've learned along the way with fellow or prospective brewers.
I'd say my biggest passion is cloning commercial brews. However, I LOVE experimenting with ingredients and I brew smash recipes or incorporate a new part to a recipe at least once a month. Just to see how it goes. I'm, more or less, a throw caution to the wind and see how it goes type of brewer.
